Graphic/Communication Designer

Job description:

Create marketing and digital materials: banners, onboardings, outdoor advertising, certificates, and so on;

Make storyboards for videos, interact with our Motion design team;

Work with printed materials, prepare layouts according to technical requirements;

Participate in brainstorming sessions and generate creative concepts;

Ability to work both in a collaboration with team peers and handle tasks of your own level of complexity independently.

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in communication design;

Confident knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator;

Basic knowledge of After Effects;

A clear understanding of what a brief is, the project budget, deadline, technical specifications, and customer edits;

Experience of working with guides and brand books;

The ability to switch between tasks very quickly and without loss of quality;

The ability to generate ideas for anything: from corporate brochures to huge outdoor advertising banners;

Basic knowledge of the printing process and technical requirements for layouts. You understand and use modular grids and know when you need to ignore them;

Knowledge of current trends, observation skills, ability to work with references.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of English at level B2 or above;

Experience in motion design;

Ability to work with AI on content generation;

Experience of working in a design agency with a large number of projects.
