Art Director Identity

Job description:

Lead, unite, set up, and further expand your department;

Optimize and improve design and communication processes with particular attention to brand strategy (we actively implement it in our pipelines);

Create a modern, catching, and stylish identity with an emphasis on digital;

Prepare technical specifications for photography, lettering, and illustrations;

Supervise branding photo and video shooting for projects;

Always think about business needs and turn them into creative solutions;

Communicate with the client, work with requirements;

Successfully present a visual product to the client, be ready to answer questions about the suggested design and defend your decisions.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years experience as a graphic designer;

Advanced skills in Figma, AI, Photoshop + Illustrator;

Management experience of at least 2 years (Design Team Lead, Art Director);

High level of creativity, sense of aesthetics, and out-of-the-box thinking;

Relevant portfolio with real cases;

Knowledge of English at level B2 or above;

Experience in managing several projects simultaneously;

Attention to details, healthy perfectionism;

System thinking and love for order in files;

Loyalty to edits (even if there are many);

Basic knowledge in web and product design.

Nice to have:

Experience in 3D (especially Blender) and motion;

Ability to implement AI in creating process;

Working experience at a design agency.
